Classification and process of galvanized coils

① Galvanized coil immerses the thin steel plate in the molten zinc bath, and attaches a layer of zinc to the surface of the thin steel plate. At present, it is mainly consumed through the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel plate is continuously immersed in the galvanized tank of zinc condensation to consume galvanized steel plate.

② Alloy galvanized sheet bending machine This steel plate is also hot-dipped, but it is heated to about 500 ° C immediately after coming out of the tank. The alloy galvanized sheet that constitutes zinc and iron has good coating adhesion and weldability.

③ The galvanized steel sheet produced by galvanized coil electroplating has good processing performance. However, the coating of galvanized pipe is thinner than that of hot-dip galvanized sheet, and the corrosion resistance is also poor.

④ Single-sided galvanized and double-sided differential galvanized coil single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, single-sided galvanized products have better compliance than double-sided galvanized sheet in terms of welding, painting, rust-proof treatment, processing, etc. In order to restrain the defect of not galvanizing on one side, a thin layer of galvanized sheet is coated on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet.

⑤ Alloy, composite galvanized coil This is an alloy made of zinc and other metals such as lead and zinc, and even a composite steel plate galvanized pipe steel plate not only has excellent anti-rust performance, but also has good coating performance.
