　　1. The cold-rolled steel plate is degreased by alkali washing, washed with water, and then dried into a horizontal (vertical) heating furnace heated by a radiation tube for annealing. A certain amount of hydrogen is introduced into the furnace to reduce the atmosphere in the early layer of the furnace.

　　2. The steel strip heated to a certain temperature is immersed in the zinc liquid under certain conditions for hot-dip galvanizing.

　　3. While the size of the zinc flower is controlled by the composition of liquid zinc, the method of forced cooling is used to control it. Before the zinc flower begins to spread, the small zinc flower product is quenched with the small zinc flower equipment to prevent the zinc liquid from continuing to spread, forming a small zinc flower.

　　4. After hot-dip galvanizing, it is cooled and then subjected to surface finishing, and finally, according to the use, surface passivation treatment or direct production into color-coated coils.

On 25 November 2022 , 50 tons of Galvalume steel coil were delivered from Lianfeng Steel to Jakarta Port, Indonesia. The following is the whole process of order production and shipment.
